Bugs and broken platforms
Video platforms change how they serve files fairly often, and a downloader that worked last month can break without warning. If a link fails, send us the full link and what you saw, and we will look into it.
Platform requests
We support seven platforms today. If you would like another one added, tell us which and roughly how you use it — the requests we hear most often are the ones we build next.

If you hold rights to material and believe our service is being used to infringe them, please read the copyright page first. It explains exactly what to include so we can act on a notice quickly.
